1.韭菜捡好,洗干净备用!米椒也洗好切段。

2.锅里面烧水!韭菜切段。

3.水烧开后,加适量的盐,放入韭菜烫三十秒就出锅。

4.捞出来过冷水。

5.捏去多余的水,放入米椒。

6.锅里面倒胡麻油,烧七八成热时炝一下米椒!加盐,白糖,白醋,生抽,香油,味精拌匀。
